No pet visiting or pet sitting**Our normal pet policy – this is only if property permits pets and no other notation is made – Pets may be approved if they are least 1 year old, must weigh under 25 lbs and its weight must remain under 25 lbs. It must be on our approved Breed list. There is a non-refundable pet charge of $300.00 per pet. We must have current vaccination records. All pets must be pre-approved and pet charge paid before moving pet into unit. **
