TENANT PET SCREENING

We are pleased to announce the rollout of our new third-party service, Pet Screening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.

* NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.



Pet & Animal Policy:


  • All animal(s) are to be less than 25 lbs. unless otherwise approved by the property owner. Animal(s) must be at least one (1) year of age. No outside animal(s). NO ANIMAL(S) VISITING and/or ANIMAL(S) SITTING allowed. Properties that allow allow animal(s) require either a one time fee or a monthly rent, depending on the property owner, for each approved animal with a limit of two (2) animals per rental property.This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.


  • The tenant will be held liable for any and all damage(s) caused by their animal(s).



        (Note: Service animals are only exempt from the $300.00 animal fee.)


The following breeds or any mix of these breeds are not allowed: 

  • Akita 
  • Alaskan Malamute 
  • American Staffordshire Terrier
  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier 
  • Wolf Hybrid
  • Chow 
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • Great Dane 
  • Pitbull
  • Rottweiler
  • German Shepard 
  • Siberian Husky


This list is subject to change. You may ask your leasing agent if any changes to this list have been made or if
additional breeds have been added. Please consult with your leasing agent prior to allowing a animal on the premises.
Allowing an unauthorized animal(s) on the premises constitutes a breach of the lease agreement which can result in legal action and or eviction from the premises. Violations for the animal pet policy will result in a $200.00 fine per animal per occurrence found and at the discretion of the property owner considered a breach of the lease contract and an immediate forfeiture of occupancy of the premises by the tenant. This includes visitor and guest animals. Noisy and/or unruly animal or those that create or cause complaints will not be allowed to remain. The tenant is to remove the animal deemed inappropriate by Management Services. All animals while outside must be leashed and accompanied by a responsible adult in permitted areas only. 


It’s imperative that ALL our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
