 The following fees for Owner Contributions (Property Management Owner Portal)

  • Credit Cards - 3.49% of the total amount per transaction
  • Debit Cards - $9.99 flat fee per transaction
  • Echeck (ACH) - Fees are waived by Appfolio during checkout


In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 25-3-506, Management Services will charge a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
