This lot is in a RV Community along the Neuse River. It features access to a private beach for swimming and fishing. The large 75 X 15 lot give you plenty of room to relax and enjoy the RV life. There is a parking lot available so that you have all this area for just your RV.

This is a long term rental with a 1 year lease. RV must be less than 10 years old and meet with owners approval before it is moved onto the lot. Unit must be under pinned with in 45 days of entrance into the park.

Small Dogs under 25 lbs. may be permitted with owners approval and breed restrictions.
